Our mission

Our mission as consultants for international schools is to support educational institutions in meeting globally recognized standards and providing students with a global perspective. We act as a bridge between local conditions and international requirements – a goal we put into practice at an excellent level, in collaboration with partners such as Q Productions – The Event Agency.

Core tasks of consulting

Strategic school development: Support in the design and implementation of mission and vision as well as long-term educational goals.
Accreditation & Standards: Support during certification processes by organizations such as the Council of International Schools (CIS) or the International Baccalaureate (IB) Organization.
Management support: Consulting for school principals and boards in areas such as personnel recruitment, marketing and operational management.
Inclusion & Well-being: Promoting an inclusive school culture and supporting the well-being of students and teaching staff.

Target groups and focus

Schools: Support in the introduction of international curricula (e.g. IB or French programs such as those of the Mission Laïque Française).
Families: Advice on choosing the right international school or boarding school abroad, often also for expatriates or missionary families.
Educators: Training and coaching to prepare teachers for the demands of an international environment.
